Our goal is to make sure that your shopping experience is everything you hoped for, and then some. After all, at Pacific Market we do more than sell groceries. We are a part of your community. We make decisions based on our local customer’s needs, not on data from a remote corporate office. We stay flexible to best meet the individual needs of each of our customers. Being flexible also allows us to take advantage of special buys that local growers and food producers may send our way. So we really do value and appreciate your input. We always love hearing that we are doing things right. But we also want to know if we could be doing something better.
There are many ways to let us know your needs. Of course, you can always just ask for one of us when you visit one of our stores. Or telephone. Or email. Or drop us a note in the suggestion box (you’ll find a station with paper and pencils in each store). If you leave us a note, let us know if you would like a personal return call. We will get back to you right away. If you just want to drop us a hint, or make a suggestion, or ask us to carry something you love that you do not already see here, you are welcome to do that too.
We have built our business understanding the importance of having happy neighbors. Since we live and work here, just like you do, we want you to come back. From the bag clerks, to the meat cutters, the deli staff, the shelf stockers, the bakers, the coffee roasters, the cashiers and the management... we are here to serve you.
